Well, first4magnets is a really good example of how a company can make on-line users, like myself, seriously happy!

The web site is really easy to navigate and the write-ups, for each product, are clear and written in plain English. Ordering is a doddle and the delivery process, so far, has been faultless with constant updates on the order status.

My last order was for F4MW15 - Water Conditioning Magnets which work a treat! The website has a great explanation as to how and why they work which, to me, was the clincher. I'll be back for more...
