It was really great that I had one point of contact throughout my purchases, which meant consistency - and not having to go through it all again. And no - it wasn't because I had a problem with Country Attire. I just had to change things because of size.
A great service, both on checking by phone that it was in stock (bad experience with a store) and then ordered on line - both times very easy to do. Then delivery the next day! Even given a tracking code - the only slight down on that was that I could see it had been delivered to depot 102(?) early morning - but didn't know where that was. But hey - what a minor quibble.
As to the hedge trimmer itself, the weather has been against using it as yet - but it certainly "feels" fit for purpose.
