Looks like a good product but poor customer service

Thought the delivery charge section was very misleading as you were offering free delivery on orders over I think it was £25. My order was over £50 but you had ticked as the option a quick delivery but at a cost. I inadvertently went along with this until I realised it was too late. I left a message on your answer machine and no-one called me back. I shall not order from you again.
