I ordered a phone on the cash converters website and then noticed they had listed it twice. To make sure I got my item I contacted them to have the duplicate removed. They first told me it was a different listing so I emailed back telling them the item number was the same. Credit due they then apologized for their mistake and removed the duplicate.
The big problem came when I received the phone and found they headphone jack was broken, it had something stuck down it. I contacted cash converters, who told me to contact the branch (Blackburn), which I did. I asked politely for them to pay for a replacement part for me to fit myself as this fault wasn't explained on the listing, which I felt was very generous of me as if I had asked them to repair it that would have cost them 3 times that. I never got a response.
I needed the headphone socket so I can use the phone when commuting so ended up paying and fitting the new part myself, at my own cost. Not happy, the item ended up costing me almost 30% more than listed due to this fault.
