Customer service should win an award for the most rude, cheeky and arrogant on the planet! Don't care about customer a tall, the whole customer service acts as though they are better than you and if they can't answer a question without you being in the wrong the rather than putting themselves in wrong (which they where) they just hang up. I thought as they were a big company then i should go with them...BIG mistake, NEVER again


Only concerned about profits

ave been using this company for a couple of months now and they are terrible. Had a parcel delivered to a collect+ store as part of there way of giving you free delivery (as advertised on TV) and you need them to email or text you a code to collect it. so about 5 pm i had no code so called up and got nothing but hassel. Rude, cheeky and quite intimidating staff just say "nothing i can do" over and over. Then tonight i am waiting for a parcel, nothing turns up so call and get told again, no surprise "nothing i can do". Speak to a manager (after waiting 3 hours for a call back) and she has the same attitude as the call center staff (now i know here they get it) and she says something different for a change, which is (iv'e done all i can" and by that she means she told me it was "delayed" and will be coming tomorrow even though on there own tracking facility on there website it says delivery date today. No apology and no care at all. Last time i use the company as never get items when supposed to and when you go to re order they are out of stock but its they're fault you have to re order.
