Ordering process was fine but delivery was a nightmare. I explained at the time of ordering that I am dis-able and can not lift anything. I was told that I would need two able persons for carring .This meant that I would have to use my contractor. I had to pay extra to garantee a fixed day. I requested a morning delivery as had to rely on contractors being available. The person, taking the order informed that he would pass the information on to the delivery company
When the goods did not arrive inthe morning. at approx 2pm I rang customer servises and informed them about my problem. I told them that my contractors pack up at 3:30pm. I need the delivery before that as I am Dis-able. I made three phone calls, half an hour apart to cutomer services, whose reply was delivery will be between 3:30 and 5:30 and they were unable to communicate with the diver.I requested to talk to manager and was told that he would ring me at 6;00pm., but he never rang back
I had negosiate with the contractor to stay behind at my cost.
The delivery lorry turned up at 4:45 and the driver indicated that his office could have communicated with him but had not.
I am still waiting for appology from the comany. .
