Good web site, easy order process, quick delivery and good value.
Web site gives lots of information before you purchase so you feel a little more confident that they are not cowboys.
The box the kit was delivered in was somewhat large for the contents but it arrived in good condition.

One aspect of delivery did dissapoint me, even though the packaging on the Marmox waterproof boards clearly stated FRAGILE the packaging had been damaged, the boards were clearly visible thankfully the boards had not been seriously damaged.

Tray was reasonably packaged vertical on pallet, wonder how the one man on van would have delivered tray on pallet on his own without my help.
Man on van was very helpful, not met many of them on their own with targets to meet, shame.

I was a little unsure at first because I could not find the item for the price Bathroom2u were selling it for anywhere else, did the deed and was I surprised by the speed of response, besides the obvious email acknowledging my purchase I received an email to tell me who would deliver and when, not just the day but the hour and to my pleasant surprise it did arrive next day in that very hour wrapped in protective bubble rap clean and undamaged.
Will definitely use again.
