If you're purchasing any of the personalized jewelry, spend the few extra dollars for the double-strength metal. The regular strength breaks easily. Be cautious also of the chain. The necklaces do not come as pendants on a chain, so if you break the chain, you're out of luck. Contact customer support and they should (they did for me) send you a new chain, or you can mail it back and have them attach the new chain.
Extremely slow shipping. They state on their website that it can take up to 16 days after they ship it for you to receive it -- my second purchase actually took 20 days to receive (that's AFTER they ship it). Of course any personalized item will take weeks to make - but it seems shipping actually takes longer than making the item.
