Mr Memory

I am very happy with the service provided by Mr Memory: reliable, the memory upgrade they provided was surprisingly by the same manufacturer of the original one in my netbook.

The service was very reliable and personalised. Before dispatching the item , I was contacted by staff asking me why my billing address was different from my delivery address and asking me something about VAT numbers in my country. I appreciated that Mr Memory cares, in a personalised manner, about security issues and bothers to contact a client.
The memory arrived (international, EU distance) in one week, well packed and with good mounting instructions. When replacing the original memory card in my Toshiba Netbook, I was surprised to see that this original card that was in my Netbook was after all by the same manufacturer that Mr Memory sent (they both have the exact logos (one is Samsung).
My only problem with Mr Memory is that for International (EU) delivery options the cheapest one available is a signed in option that was more expensive than the memory itself, more than doubling the price. There seems to exist one cheaper delivery option but at the moment it is only available for France and not for the rest of the EU.

I would like to thank you for taking the time and effort to leave a review following your recent order. With regards to the delivery options, we are currently trialling the cheaper postal option, and we hope to expand this to other countries in the near future.
