The phone I ordered was cheaper than from all other companies, and was delivered well within the timescale - I even received a text from the courier to tell me when. Unfortunately, it was faulty (not Handtec's fault) and was exchanged and delivered within 4 days. My phone inquiry regarding delivery was handled by an excellent customer service adviser, Faheem who promised to call me back. The item arrived just after my call but I was unable to let him know, However, that evening I received 3 voicemails from him because, having no mobile reception, he hadn't been able to speak to me. He'd had spent all day trying to track my parcel. That's real dedication and customer service! Thank you Faheem and thank you Handtec! I will definitely be a returning customer
