startlingly good service

I purchased the Dyson DC44 at what is the lowest price available on the web, so don't assume the service drops because of the low cost. I even called the office before placing an order to check on a few points and found the support to be very good. Once I placed the order online, I was kept fully informed of the delivery time etc and received the product in two days, which is excellent.
