Waking Nightmare

I've been trying to get my bed repaired since March. It's November and I'm still waiting. They are full of delays, let downs and excuses. I'm amazed they are still in business. I've had the computer system blamed, manufacturers, suppliers, the delivery company, and today it was my fault because I bought the wrong bed. Hmm you sold it to me!!
