Jokers' Masquerade

Waste of time, waste of money.

Size guide was terrible and wrong, had to send it back.
Very high prices for the poor quality you get, I could probably whip something up in 5 minutes better than this rubbish.
Standard delivery took longer than said and you also have to pay for a return, so basically I've lost about £10 for it to be sent to me and then return it.
JUST DON'T EVEN LET IT CROSS YOUR MIND TO BUY FROM THIS SITE.

Thank you for leaving a review. We appreciate all feedback whether it be good or bad but feel your parting statement is unjust. Regarding delivery time, your order was placed on Monday 3rd December on a 2-3 day delivery. We dispatched this same day and tracking information shows that the goods were left in your requested safeplace on the Wednesday 5th December and as such delivered in 2 days, well within expectations.

This outfit is a licensed product and part of the cost is a royalty to the licensor. The product is manufactured by Rubies Masquerade who hold the license and who have to get approval from the licensors to manufacture and resell the product. This costume has been approved by the licensor as a suitable fancy dress representation for the Ghostbuster franchise. This is not an excuse but hopefully an explanation as to why product quality, material and design is beyond our control.

We have taken into our account our own sizing investigations, high volumes of sales of this product and minimal returns, and are satisfied with the sizing guidelines provided to us by the manufacturer. Shopping online is slightly more tricky without the item to try on. However, we do offer a returns policy should the size not be suitable. We kindly ask our customers to cover the cost of returning any unwanted items back to us and feel our prices reflect that a freepost facility for returns is not in place.

A great deal of effort goes into ensuring our prices are competitive in the market place and our research shows that we are cheaper than our main competitors for this particular product who have not this in a sale.

We are sorry you have been disappointed with your shopping experience but hope this goes someway to explain the points raised.

just bad

- poor fit, the size guide and the clothes sizes don't match, i had to take 4 in" off a skirt i ordered from boohoo
- quite cheap
- standard delivery they say takes 4 days on average, it took up to a week for me
- majority of the clothes designed are for skinny girls, unflattering for curvy girls
