I purchased a Dyson heater from E4electricals, in October, but unfortunately It was the wrong one, it only blew out cold air. I immediately sent it back for exchange, but as I had not heard from them after a couple of weeks, I bought the correct one from somewhere else.I then rang them to see why I had not heard anything, A very pleasent and helpful sales person said that it was probably in their warehouse and nobody knew what to do about it. He said he would look into it and if it was there he would arrange for a repayment into my paypal account, if I didn't hear from him then he said repayment would be made. I was prepared for an argument, but later that afternoon, I received an email from him saying that payment had been made in full that afternoon. In concluding I can only say that I was most impressed by the way my problem was dealt with ie swiftly and efficiently. I would certainly use your company again and would recommend you to anyone.
