Ordered from eBay on a one week delivery. After 2 changes of delivery, both without reason I waited 6 weeks to receive my item. It was broken.
Attempted to have the item returned and was informed that contrary to eBays terms and conditions and 'The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000', they feel they do not have to pay for return postage on faulty items and it is up to the buyer to pay this.
After consulting with Citizens Advice and Trading Standards I was told return payment is the responsibility of the seller by law. Seller didn't care, was willing to risk action. All the while I received blunt, careless statements throughout entire discussion.
In the end I offered a quick settlement for a replacement part, postage met by the company and it was resolved, after much fuss.
It's taken me three months of calls amounting to about 6 hours to mostly Indian call centers who don't understand or care for me or my problems. I struggled to have calls escalated to a manager being told they could not do that. I was told 6 separate and completely different reasons why my line couldn't be set up.
When my line was finally installed I had another month of calls trying to get them to set up my internet, getting another range of reasons including 'we have no phone line' (despite calling them from it), 'we have no address' (despite them mailing us), 'there is nothing wrong' and 'you can't have internet where you are' (within a mile of Edinburgh city center. Horrible customer service.
I'm so glad I found this site. Very reasonably priced food with bigger & leaner portions than any supermarket I've found. The service is great, delivery times are arranged and stuck to, issues are dealt with promptly and with great customer service. I have no complaints about the prices, the product or the service. Keep it up Musclefood.
After a month and countless hours on the phone to Indian call centres who can barely speak English and know nothing, I've decided that BT care nothing for their customers and why should they, there is no option but to deal with them.

Waited in for next day delivery. Instead I received a quiet "Sorry we missed you" note through the door, the door was never knocked. Said they would try again next working day. No knock at the door again for the next three days.
Today on my way out I noticed a further two "Sorry we missed you" letters lying in the street, nowhere near my house or my close with my name on it saying that I had to collect from depot. Complaint sent, will never use this company again.
