No option for exchange

It was surprising and very inconvenient that there was no option available for exchange - only to return, then order anew. And the return address was in Sweden (postage not covered by company)! Not very useful online shop. Shame, since quality of the shoes is outstanding.

First of all thank you for your review, we highly appreciate your opinion as it shows us where to focus our efforts next in order to improve our customer service. We are happy you think the quality of the shoes is outstanding.

Unfortunately we do not have an option for exchange in the conventional way at our online shop. We however do have the option to return the shoes, receive a refund and place a new order (straight away) for the right size. I agree it is more effort but it greatly improves the speed of delivery and reduces the possibility for mistakes.

Unfortunately the postage is not covered for returns unless of course it would concern a faulty item or any mistake from us; then your return is our responsibility. We try to avoid returns as much as possible by informing the customer as much as we can. We do this by pictures from different angles, a product description and a size guide where you are able to measure the foot to see what size you need for the shoes. If, even when used the above, you feel like you cannot make an informed choice or after receiving the item(s) it is not to your satisfaction, you can always contact our customer service. They will look for an appropriate solution to make you feel satisfied with your order.
