- Smart electric panel rads in gloss grey, instead of the usual white only choice
- Easy to install, did it myself
- Several delivery options, even Saturday, which saved me having to wait in on a weekday
- Availability directly from stock - often these sort of rads have to be made to order with waits of several weeks.

No connection to firm, just had a shocker with another firm so this was a nice change!
