Daylight Robbery From Yodel (Not Getting the Service You Pay For)

I ordered boxing gloves from sports direct made the payment with Amazon Payments, which used yodel delivery service; I paid £5.99 for next day delivery. I Called yodel three times during the whole day to find my parcel, I was told by the customers service team that I would get my parcel today, but they had no idea where the driver was, and was not willing to help. I kept looking online to see if there were any updates, however there was none I missed a whole days wages, and I paid for a service I did not get I am very angry and unhappy with this service I want my money back for the service I did not get and I will not be using yodel again.if Amazon Use Yodel I will not use Amazon Until they get rid of Yodel
