I was surprised at how much there was to choose from and the foods are very tasty. I've only been following the diet for a few weeks so I'm still learning what I can add. Even though there is a wide range of choice and some of the dinners do contain a bit of pasta or some potato and most contain meat and/or vegetables, for most of the meals it does feel like your eating a sloppy microwave meal. So I do sometimes find myself craving something more solid, like a bacon sandwich or cheese on toast.... but then that's why I need to lose weight!
The snacks are very good, especially the popcorn and the Paprika Bites. I didn't like all of the oat bars but the beauty is you can easily change your next hamper before it is sent out.
You do receive a whole hamper at the same time (35days worth of food) so storage was a bit of an issue. I've just left mine in the boxes they arrived in and put them under the dining room table - because of the way they are prepared they don't have to be in a fridge.
One niggling little issue - I ordered some bags of the Basmati rice but they don't come with instructions on how to cook, The first one I cooked with not enough water so it dried out and started sticking to the pan before the rice was cooked. I'll try adding more water next time and hope it works.
Looking forward to doing another month - I just hope I can stick to it.
