a mistaken pick up by one of their subcontractors, resulted in a weeks delay to return a package.... that then turned out to be badly damaged by the transit and rendered worthless.
p2g and all their staff involved handled the situation professionally and thoroughly, and bought about a agreeable conclusion. i would recommend p2g and i will be using them again as this is the only problem i have encountered in using their services....and this was resolved well !
