My 'Mission Impossible' - sourcing a wc that the manufacturers have advised will be out of stock 'til mid/end June. Still, you've got to try haven't you? Plumbing Supplies were advertising this stock . Surely SOME outlet must have ready supplies (I dreamt). Now, this was a long shot and i knew it but I emailed the company at a ridiculous time - just in case. To my amazement, Kerry responded immediately and advised she would check next day. 5 stars for that. The very next day, she had contacted me to advise that, yes, out of stock til end of June. However, and this is what puts this company head and shoulders above, she committed to exploring whether there were any residual supplies available locally . 6 stars for that - actually - 7 stars. As it transpired, the answer was 'No' but, she tried and, given the experience I have had of some other companies (Home Supplies are great also) I would fully recommend this company .
Great prices, great products and, most importantly, fantastic service. Any queries or concerns I had were dealt with immediately by the friendly, professional telephone team, or online 'chat'. I would not hesitate to use this company again and cannot recommend them enough. Six stars from me!
I ordered a bathroom suite from the company. Sadly, it was out of stock. However, the gent rang me almost immediately, explained what the problem was (manufacturing fault) and told me when they were expecting delivery. I have cancelled the order for the time being and the payment was refunded immediately.

I ordered a small item from this company to give them a trial before ordering a bathroom suite. This order was completed to my complete satisfaction.
However, I then ordered, and paid for, a bathroom suite. In honesty, it wasn't a terrible experience. It transpired that the suite was not available . The gent I spoke to re this immediately asked if I wanted to cancel my order. I didn't --- I wanted to know how long I would have to wait. He told me he would contact the supplier and get back to me within the hour. He didn't so I rang again. The gent I then spoke to said they would get back to my close of business . He didn't so I cancelled the order the next day.
I would have been happy to wait but the fact that the customer services proved so unreliable made me very very wary of taking the order further.
Again, in fairness, my payment was refunded straight way so I am confident that they are a trustworthy company. However, it seems a little unprofessional to advertise goods that you are not in a position to provide and the poor communication would make me wary of ordering larger items from this company in the future.
I previously left a really positive review for MedicAnimal but something bad appears to have happened to there level of service. I placed an order 24 days ago, expected delivery date 3/5 working days. Received confirmation that the order had been shipped within 3 days but, after 2 weeks, no sign of delivery. After querying this was adivised a 'freak' error had occured and to 'rest assured' my goods would be with me within two working days. Still no sign. Offers of, vouchers ect but still, no sign of goods. Have now received an e mail from BestPets(??) advising my MedicAnimal order is 'out of stock'???? I hold out no hope that my order will be delivered in the forseeable future. I have asked if my order can be cancelled and payment refunded but this request has not been acknowledged. Really poor. I haven't scored one star as the respondants have not been 'rude' (although facts have been misrepresented). The prices appear reasonable, however, if you are unhappy to wait indefinitely for your pet supplies, I would recommend you pay a little more for a reliable service elsewhere.
