I made my order on line and was informed my package would arrive in 7 days. On the 12th day I got my credit card bill and saw I had been charged,but still did not get my order. When I called, I was informed that my shipping order has been lost and they would send my order that day. I asked to be compensated for my patience,and was told "No". Not even rush delivery. I finally got my order 9 days later. It's a good thing these a just supplements not prescrietions.

Thank you for replying! Our records show that you placed your order on 10/31/12 and it was delivered on 11/15/12 via the Post Office.
