Got Good Price for Phone - Just!!!
So I was offered a good deal for my phone, sent it away (well wrapped) and waited. They claimed there was damage to the surround and that the price would be 20% less, I sent an email back asking for a photo of the damage. Instead they "reviewed" the phone again and gave me the full amount - so be careful if they try this on you too.

Every phone that we receive is tested by an individual member of our testing team. If you are not happy with our evaluation a supervisor will re-check the phone for you. Sometimes if the initial testing verdict has been too harsh the supervisor will change the valuation to 'fully working'. We can only apologize that the initial valuation was incorrect and we will look into this matter further so that it doesn't happen again
