I don't normally write reviews but I was so impressed with GAK I thought I would. This purchase (on behalf of my nephew) was the first purchase made from GAK and with it being a specialised piece of equipment it had to be ordered in. I was promised a phone call as soon as it became availabale. The phone call came 3 days later and the following day I received my purchase at home. The member of staff who dealt with me was lovely (sorry I can't remember his name). He explained things clearly and his efficiency meant that my nephew had his equipment in time for his university gig. Thank you GAK.
