Poor communication to show receipt of payment at destination bank....

Everything went well at start of this payment and I had entered all the required details....then communication seemed to diminish. The receiver of payment was told by e-mail that transaction was to take place but then nothing else heard to demostrate completion of payment into destination bank (even though I had been told by recipient it was there). Sender and recipient should receive some form of communication? Process needs to be a bit more transparent.

Thanks for taking the time to post your review.

I'm really sorry you felt our communications around your transfer were below par because we try to keep both our clients and their recipients updated every step of the way.

Hence why we send an email to confirm the transaction (this includes a contract note), an SMS to let you know when we've received payment, and another email to let both you and the recipient know (if you've provided their details)letting when we send the funds on.

We'd love to be able to send you both a final email confirming the funds have arrived however as I'm sure you'll understand we can't see into someone's account and therefore have no way of telling when they've actually arrived.

If this changes, rest assured we'll add this final confirmation email immediately!

Excellent service all round from purchase to delivery

No problems with order. Easy arrangement of delivery and very friendly and simple arrival of goods on delivery day. Still have to unpack items but all looks good so far.
