I needed to loose weight, and have tried on numerous times with little success. I recently became out of work, and decided this was the time to really concentrate on loosing weight, and take up some regular exercise. Without all the distraction of food in the office. The diet is easy to follow, with great taste. Yes, I feel a little hungry, but anyone would do as I have dropped over 1000 calories from my food intake each day. I have lost almost 6lbs in my first two weeks. This is excellent for me, as I am one of those dieters, that looses weight very slowly. I'm aiming to loose one stone before Christmas.... Thank you diet chef, whilst dieting I can concentrate in searching for new employment.
