My first experience with Viagogo has, unfortunately, not been a good one.
I need to sell a ticket, followed all the instructuions for courier pick up of the ticket. Courier didn't pick up so I hand delivered the ticket to the buyer. I informed Viagogo who told me I shouldn't have done this and I'm still waiitng for the proceeds of the sale.
On my last call to customer service I was on hold for 16 minutes
Not sure I will be rushing to use them again for all the reasons stated above!
