Easy as Pie

We have been using Interparcel for over 5 years and find it easy to use, they show if there is time to arrange collection same day, which is very helpful when customers are expecting their goods next day. Other courier services do not do this feature which is frustrating. When this go wrong their customer service is excellent. Well done


Good system spoilt by poor tech back up

Extremely pleased with the price and simplicity of the system however the configuration of my phones was causing one not to register, the tech files did not explain the connection of more than one phone in a network, despite Soho66 being designed for businesses. The tech guy said take a screen shot and email it. This is not the attitude. I fixed the phone myself by changing the port number from that listed in their files. Love the system improve your customer service and it will be 5 stars.

I'm pleased that you're extremely happy with the price, and love simplicity of our system. I've reviewed the response you received with regards to contacting our technical support. The three email tickets from your account I've found had a response time between 6 minutes, and 30 minutes. It's our standard practice to ask for a screen shot of long settings, in order for our support team to take a look and suggest any changes. We take this approach in order to minimise mistakes which can occur when relaying information over the phone, and because a lot of our customers find it more convenient to send a screen shot rather than read out the settings.
