at least there was someone helpful on the phone!

One package arrived after a few days... the wrong bags. that was supposed to be one package of two... but the second package didn't arrive, I phoned, and Carly was very helpful and said she would send again. the next week, the swing bin liners arrived, but not the wheelie bin liners. I am still waiting for the wheelie bin liners. this was a lot of money to lay out and frustrating not to get what I ordered.
