Items arrived late

I was expecting the items to arrive on Friday in time for my daughter's school's Frost fair. Instead the items arrived on Tuesday !

Hi,

Firstly, we would like to apologise for the late delivery of your order.

We packed and processed your order the same day we received it, and it left our depot the following morning by Royal Mail 1st Class post. Unfortunately they let us both down in this instance by delivering it far slower than quoted for 1st class post, which we can only apologise for.
