Still awaiting delivery - order placed 16th Nov

This order was expected to be delivered by Monday 19th, I waited in all day and nothing arrived, on Tuesday I tracked this delivery and was advised they delivered it to Flat 5, and it was signed for my one Ms G Grace, I checked with my neighbour later that night as he does not get in from work until after 7pm, and he confirmed that no one was at his flat during the day, and does not know anyone by that name, and further checking the name is not known to anyone at my building.......
I was told that Parcle Force will send the driver back to confirmwhere he delived the package yesterday, but nothing has been done, so Shower Doctor, Mr Kevin Mc Cloud will be dispatching another one today for delivery tomorrow...I will wait and see

23/11/12 - Investigation in progress, comments on findings.

28/11/12: Apologies for the problems you have experienced with your delivery:

It seems the courier driver delivered the parcel to an incorrect address or was intercepted by someone in the building that signed for your item. This has now been addressed with the courier company and we have despatched another item which the customer has now received.

This issue has now been resolved and our customer has now received a replacement product.
