Ordered a dress online, online tracking showed it despatched, then returned although no delivery had taken place, with no reason given.
On calling customer services I was told that it had been damaged in transit and thta i should place the order again. When I replied that I would like them to take care of it I was told that the item was now out of stock.
No managers were available to speak to and no restitution was offered.
I was very unimpressed with the tone of the operator and will not be using their online service again.
