Would not buy from them at all!

I ordered a space heater and it came with half the insides broken, then sent this back for a replacement and it was the same one with still everything broken, now waiting for a refund and will not shop with them again!

Thank you for your review, I read your review with some surprise with reference to the replacement being the same machine. I have launched a full investigation in to what has happened as we have robust and strict procedures in place to stop this occurring.
