I bought and paid for 2no chairs from Dwell on 25th February with the delivery date of one mid-March and the one early-April.
It is now the 12th June and I still have not received my goods nor can Dwell tell me where the goods are, they are either still on the sea (from China), in the warehouse or somewhere else.
The service from Dwell is appalling. Noone can clarify any information, when calling I am asked to call different numbers and to the high number of emails I have sent, they perhaps answer 1 in every 5 - if I am lucky!
How the company continue trading when they treat customers so appalling if beyond me. I will never purchase an item from Dwell again.
After one phonecall I was offered 10% credit off of my order which is great but totally ineffective if I do have not goods that I have paid for!

This is the worst company I have ever come across as a delivery/courier company. Their staff are rude, unhelpful and are not aware of internal Yodel processes. I am waiting for an upgrade from Virgin Mobile which was due on Tuesday for which I received a text message from Yodel saying it would be with my before 5.30pm. 5.30pm came and went so I contact the freephone number (0800 157 7777) to find out what was going on to which I was told that the item is still in the depot and is undergoing a random security check with Virgin Mobile to ensure I am permitted to receive the item - the package originated from them so of course they permit me to receive it! I was also told that the text message I received was from Virgin and not Yodel - it clearly gives the senders details as Yodel and when I mentioned this in the following call to Virgin she quite rightly said how could we confirm a delivery time as the originator, that is for the delivery company to do - how true! So I was assured that the delivery would be made the following day before 5.30pm. The following day I miss a call from a mobile number in the morning which does not answer return calls or texts all day. I telephone the freephone number again and am assured the delivery is out for receipt by 5.30pm. Yet again 5.30pm comes and no delivery. I eventually get through to the missed call number who tells me that the address label on the package is incomplete which is ridiculous as the online tracking shows my full and correct address and if it was incomplete, I would have been told as soon as the parcel was received and not on the 2nd delivery day! The person assured me the package would be on the first delivery slot the following morning. So now it is the following morning and the 3rd day for which I have not received my parcel. I contact customer services again who told me that the parcel has not yet left the depot - online tracking tells me it is in transit since 07.28 so she tells me that she has not idea what I am looking at - charming. They will not give out the number for the depot but she emailed them to request they contact me directly. So I am contacted by the depot (finally) who tell me the address label is incomplete - they tell me what is shown which is the full flaming address - what are they looking at?! Now I am told that the delivery has missed todays slot and I will not receive until tomorrow which is not convenient in the slightest. This company is unable to deliver items, their staff are not trained in inhouse processes or customer service and I will never purchase from a company who uses Yodel as their delivery carrier. I hope any potential Yodel customers take this on board - they are a terrible terrible company. On top of this, I have emailed 3 different complaints to their customer care line of which all have been ignored. This is not a decent and respectful company. DO NOT USE!!!
