Could have been better

I found just what I was looking for on the Bath Empire website. The items I was seeking were shown in stock and the standard delivery schedule was OK. I had a very pleasant experience with the sales rep on the phone and the order went through, as I thought, with no hitches. I very quickly received an email to confirm the order. Everything good so far. The courier company phoned to arrange delivery and when delivered I only received a minor part of the consignment, the main items were missing. On contacting Bath Empire I was informed the items I was waiting for were on a pre-order basis (whatever that means) and were not in stock. They estimated they wouldn't arrive in the UK from their supplier in China until 27 Nov. They confirmed that I should have been notified at the time of ordering. I am still awaiting delivery although Bath Empire have agreed to my request for a free express delivery once they arrive in the UK. Lets hope they arrive no later than the end of the month otherwise I will be amending my rating to 1 star, very bad!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
