Order was apparently dispatched on 12 November and has yet to arrive after several calls and emails. After contacting them a replacement was agreed to be resent and a confirmation email was to be sent. No signs of this either, when I called a few hours later I was told everything is in hand but when I tried to discuss a refund the operator said I was breaking up and couldn't hear me!
Not impressed at all!!
