Excellent Service from Rob Dales both via email and in person which was badly let down by online form/application.
(1) Your pop-up calendar was a right royal pain when needing to do back to previous years.
(2) No provision throughout to add comments - if nothing else the ability to do so at the end of application.
(3) VERY, VERY, BAD, was the inability to proceed with the form if something required a date which did not apply. I.e. When was last occurrence, if there was none.

We try really hard to make the forms as easy to use as possible and as you have discovered we have excellent staff to help you along the way.
The insurer you choose is totally responsible for the questions asked during disclosure and I appreciate they can be quite detailed.
We will see if we can change the calendar function to make it easier to use and if we can sort an area for general comments too.
