i bought a BMW 7 series from them. the TV, Cd player and Cd mulitplayer all stopped working within weeks. the (extensive, plan A) warranty i bought doesn't cover these problems and isn't worth the paper it is written on.
i spoke to the "customer service manager" (what a joke). they said they will sort it out for me...."your custom is important to us" (another Joke). i heard nothing.
i spoke to a lawer and he told me to write to them and make sure the complaint/problem is documented. The Car Shop just ignored my letter. How long can they remain in business... ?
