Poor Communication!!!

I recieved my goods on the day that was specified which was good. As it was the wrong size I returned it on the same day (8/11/12). As i was reccommended, I posted the parcel special delivery assuring it would be delivered the next day. Two days later I recieved an email saying my item has been dispatched from the depo....I already knew this as I had recieved it AND sent it back!!!

Ordering and delivery of the parcel was brilliant service, fast and effiecent. Communication has been very poor, especially as I did post back the item on the 8th Nov, so the depo should have recieved it 9th Nov and I am still waiting for my refund, as requested or at least an email to confirm they have recieved my returned goods!!! Overall not a highly reccomended service, but not totally bad!!
