The product and service was excellent, but as I had ordered an incorrect item and requested a change, there is no system in place for this at a viable cost. ie the cost to send back and replace with a new part was more expensive than ordering a new one. Also be aware that shipping cost fro one off items push the price up, You have to make sure that you have all your requirements confirm 100% prior to confirming an order. But I would recomend the company and would use them again
