Only the second time i have purchaed something from the site but both times they have been extremely well packaged - which is obviously essential! The only reason i was a little disappointed this time when i received my purchase (Woodfords reserve) was that the picture on your website showed it with a metal cup of some sort (but did not mention it in the order) but being the eternal optomist, i was half hoping it would come with it, but it didnt.
So the only improvement i could suggest would be that maybe you should revise the pictures in some cases.
I will still order from you again and recommend you to others.
