Can not fault in any way.

I made my order at 13-25 and at 13-30 received an e-mail to say my order was being despatched. It arrived the following morning. Well packed and everything in perfect condition. If only every transaction was as simple and straight forward as my experience with Procook i'm sure many more people wouldn't be so worried about buying online. Wouldn't hesitate to use again.
