Problem? - no problem

User friendly website on which I bought a pair of running shoes, standard delivery. The shoes arrived in approx 4 days - however the size that I ordered didn't fit..so I used the local drop off returns service and rather than wait for the return and replacement, requested a refuned and ordered a bigger size. The next order (also standard delivery) arrived within 48 hours - which I thought was excellent service.
