Ordered my product 3 weeks ago and still has not arrived. When trying to resolve this I phoned the company and was on hold for about 15 minutes on a premium number (there are no alternatives) to finally just hang up. I have emailed them 4 times and only had 1 reply, giving a woefully unsatisfy excuse.
Please emply more staff for customer service, you are clearly not capable of dealing with your customers properly.
