Make sure you check your sizing correctly because you can't expect them to do it for you...

Bought a Paul & Shark shirt from this retailer. Wasn't sure about sizing so contacted their "Customer Care" department (!). Was told that the shirt corresponded to the size I needed ( ergo XXL = 44). Well what do you know, after spending 175$ and another 70$ in duties for delivery to Canada, the shirt is a size 43... After spending 250$ on the wrong sized shirt because of these people, I was offered 10% off my next purchase! Needless to say, they can't be trusted with my business. And neither with yours.
