My order consisted of 5 products that would have fitted through my letterbox is split into two shipments. Instead they were put in a large box that I had to pick up at local sorting office.
Either remove the 'Letterbox-friendly packaging' claim from your website or ship in packages that will fit through letterboxes

Our largest postal pack doesn't exceed 230mm wide and 35mm high, so will fit smoothly through an EU standard letterbox. We do understand that not all letterboxes are this size, so we try to make this information clearly available for our customers to see.
When you order in future, you can enter a message during checkout for the postman, which will be displayed on your delivery parcel - maybe ask them to leave with a specific neighbour, or "please leave behind the wheelie bin", or whatever you wish.
Short of sending everything as a postcard, it's almost impossible to ensure that every order does go through every single letterbox, but we do genuinely manage to get most of them through - or at least ensure delivery to a neighbour or similar as I suggested - as you can hopefully tell from our feedback here.
