Perfect Service and product (second time round)

My introduction to Bigdug service was not good; we selected and ordered online a product only to be rung up and told that, when they came to despatch it, they found it was out of stock. Memo to Bigdug - always make sure that your website is up to date. Memo to the customer - always give them a ring to confirm that the product is in stock. However, an hour later, we found an alternative product which was more appropriate, a third of the price and in stock. It arrived the next day, all the bits were there, it was well made, easy to assemble (even for a couple of creaky old pensioners like us and despite less than clear instructions), looks good and does the job perfectly. I would certainly recommend them and buy from them again.
