I thought i had found a good deal at the right price for me.
On the 6th November I ordered a WD hard drive and sat back for delivery. The delivery date came and went.... So i thought i would check out what was happening with the item.and saw it was waiting FULLFILMENT - fair enough ill keep checking.
2 days later i check again and status has been updated to REFUNDED (by them - not me), i check my bank before ordering elsewhere to find no refund. I am now mailing them daily (with no replies) to find out when this refund will appear so i can order elsewhere.
I the mean time i am £54 down and have a useless PC gathering dust and the last time i checked the item was still showing as available on their website.
They really do stink at customer service, i'd of thought that they would look after their new customers so they return again.
But i'm guessing from the reviews i have seen so far, not many people do!!
I have advised them that i will be invoicing them at £5 per day for holding my money, until its return.. I will claim it through the small claims court if necessary.
Update nearly 90 days on and still no refund.... still i am charging them £5 per day until the refund is received... they know this and are still not helping!!
