I have previously left a very positive review of xendpay, but my recent experience was less than satisfactory.
I was simply trying to send a periodic payment to the same destination account, but was prevented from doing so, being advised that "You cannot send this amount", irrespective of the amount I input - even 1p! I had to apply to increase my limit, even though I hadn't been notified if my limit had expired or been breached. This inevitably delayed a time-critical transaction. I'm still even sure whether my limit had expired or been breached, or whether there was a block/glitch/error on my account.
Having notified xendpay of the problems, I subsequently received 4 duplicate email notifications advising that my limit had been increased.
A rather frustrating, clumsy and disconcerting experience.
I use this service regularly. Easy to use, straightforward and very reliable. Good customer service/back-up from efficient call centre staff who are readily available. Highly recommended.
Would be good if there was a tiered discount structure/incentive to reward regular users.
