Products are what you would expect really and at very competitive prices. I was given a one hour slot in which my package would be delivered (ordered on friday, arrived on Monday) with the option to change this slot. I have never has such brilliant delivery options from an online company before. If I had to fault them the multivitamins are quite an irregular size and texture and i struggle to swallow them at times but that really is my only criticism.
